Prep and Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes 4-5 pancakes
INGREDIENTS
- 3 organic eggs
- 125g organic self-raising plain flour
- 140ml organic milk or nut milk
- 1 pinch of salt
For extra fruity pancakes try adding in: - 2 tbsp Biona Organic Wild Blueberries (drained) or - 2 tbsp Biona Organic Sweet or Sour Cherries (drained)
METHOD
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Add the flour to the yolks and mix until smooth.
Whisk the whites, and fold them into the batter.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. When the pan is hot, pour some batter into it making the pancake as thick as you like it. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the top of the pancake begins to bubble. Add flavouring (if using any). See suggestions below.
Turn the pancake over and cook the second side for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with your favourite topping.
