BIOFAIR CELEBRATES NEW LAUNCH IN TIME FOR FAIRTRADE FORTNIGHT 2011

Fair trade and organic brand, BiOFAIR, is delighted to announce the launch of a new product to coincide with Fair Trade Fortnight 2011.  New BiOFAIR Organic Quinoa Tricolore – the ideal way to add colour and variety to savoury dishes - will embrace the ‘Show off your label’ theme of the two-week-long event (28 Feb – 13 Mar), proudly displaying the fair trade provenance of this unique blend of red, white and black quinoa grains on the product label.


Quinoa is naturally gluten free and has a complete plant protein structure, making it a nutritious substitute for rice or pasta in salads and savoury dishes.
The new Quinoa Tricolore joins a range of other fair trade and organic foods under the BiOFAIR brand, including honey, chocolate rice cakes, cereal, pasta and savoury snacks.  Their production helps developing communities to establish economically sound, long lasting trading relationships.
